By accessing or using the HalfMillionPixels website at halfmillionpixels.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
HalfMillionPixels is a shared digital canvas platform currently in pre-launch phase. The Service allows users to purchase pixel spaces on a shared 500,000-pixel grid (1000×500 pixels), upload images, and add links to their purchased spaces. Spaces are available on a monthly renewable basis.
This website is a pre-launch presentation. The full platform will be available from July 31, 2026.
By joining our waitlist you agree that:
- You are providing your real email address and are authorized to use it.
- You are at least 16 years of age.
- You consent to receiving a single launch notification email when the Service goes live.
- You understand that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific pixel location, or any specific pricing.
- You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.
Upon full launch, the following conditions will apply to pixel space purchases:
- Pixel spaces are sold in minimum blocks of 10×10 pixels (100 pixels total).
- Purchases grant a 30-day license to display content in the purchased space.
- Spaces must be renewed monthly to remain active. Failure to renew results in the space returning to the available pool.
- Pricing varies by zone visibility as described on the platform.
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period once a space is active.
- HalfMillionPixels reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree not to use the Service to display, upload, or link to content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Contains pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material.
- Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.
- Contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive material.
- Impersonates any person or entity.
- Violates the privacy rights of any individual.
HalfMillionPixels reserves the right to remove any content and terminate access without notice for violations of this policy.
All content, design, code, and branding of the HalfMillionPixels platform (excluding user-uploaded content) is owned by HalfMillionPixels and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
By uploading content to the platform, you grant HalfMillionPixels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your content solely within the purchased pixel space on the platform.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HALFMILLIONPIXELS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HALFMILLIONPIXELS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
HalfMillionPixels does not guarantee 100% uptime. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of permanent discontinuation, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.
HalfMillionPixels reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
